Assenze di ordine medico-sanitario 22 23 1 In caso di assenze di ordine medico-sanitario durante il telelavoro, si applicano le stesse regole di quelle applicabili in caso di analoghe assenze sul luogo di lavoro ordinario. 2 Nel caso in cui l'assenza di ordine medico-sanitario coincida con gli orari di reperibilità, il collaboratore deve avvisare preventivamente il proprio superiore.
