a. Nachträge, die der Prüfung durch eine Prüfstelle bedürfen: durch Einreichung eines Begehrens um Prüfung des Nachtrags bei der Prüfstelle, die den Prospekt genehmigt hat, mitsamt dem vollständigen zu prüfenden Nachtrag;
b. Nachträge, die keiner Prüfung durch eine Prüfstelle bedürfen: durch Hinterlegung des Nachtrags nach Artikel 64 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a FIDLEG bei der Prüfstelle, bei welcher der Prospekt hinterlegt ist.
