Art. 11 Kontrolle und Auskunftspflicht
1 Dem Bundesamt ist jederzeit Einsicht in die Bücher der Auftrags- und Beitragsempfänger zu gewähren, soweit die Buchführung mit den Forschungsaufträgen oder -beiträgen im Zusammenhang steht. Es kann Zwischenberichte über den Stand der Arbeiten verlangen. 2 Dem Bundesamt sind die für die Wohnungsmarkt-, Baumarkt- und Bauforschung erforderlichen Angaben zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Vertraulichkeit der Angaben ist im Einzelnen zu wahren.
