Art. 16 Geltendmachung des gesetzlichen Kaufs- und Vorkaufsrechts
1 Bei Zweckentfremdung kann das Bundesamt die Ausübung oder Abtretung des gesetzlichen Kaufs- oder Vorkaufsrechts verfügen. 2 Bei Vorliegen wichtiger Gründe kann das Bundesamt nach Anhören des Kantons auf die Ausübung des Kaufsrechts verzichten.
