Art. 1a Härtefälle
Stellt die rechtzeitige Bezahlung eines Beitrages für den Beitragspflichtigen eine unzumutbare wirtschaftliche Härte dar, so kann der Erschliessungsträger die Bezahlung des Beitrages auf Gesuch hin stunden. Eingefügt durch Ziff. 1 der V vom 22. Dez. 1986, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1987 (AS 1987 88).
