Art. 73 Änderung der Projekte und ausgeführten Bauten
Die nachträgliche Änderung der Projekte und ausgeführten Bauten, bei denen Bundeshilfe zugesichert wurde, bedarf der schriftlichen Zustimmung des Bundesamtes. Die Zustimmung darf nur erteilt werden, wenn die Voraussetzungen und Bedingungen für die Gewährung der Bundeshilfe erfüllt bleiben.
