1 Die Forschungsbedürfnisse anderer Bundesstellen, der Kantone, der Gemeinden, der Universitäten, Hochschulen und höheren technischen Lehranstalten sowie der Bauwirtschaft sind, soweit sie die Wohnungsmarkt‑, Baumarkt- und Bauforschung betreffen, durch das Bundesamt zu koordinieren.
2 Das Bundesamt kann die Koordination und Zentralisierung einer öffentlich zugänglichen Dokumentation auf den Gebieten der Wohnungsmarkt‑, der Baumarkt- und der Bauforschung fördern.
