§ 37. Lõpetamise alused
1) Mittetulundusühing lõpetatakse: 1) mittetulundusühingu liikmete arvu vähenemisel alla kahe või muu seaduses või põhikirjas sätestatud suuruse; 2) muudel tsiviilseadustiku üldosa seaduse §-s 39 sätestatud alustel.
