§ 99². Liikmeks astumine
Enne käesoleva seaduse § 12 lõike 5 jõustumist eestkostja poolt kohtu eelneva nõusolekuta või heakskiiduta astumine mittetulundusühingu liikmeks alaealise eestkostetava nimel või liikmeks astumiseks antud nõusolek või selle heakskiitmine kehtib.
