§ 10 Straftaten nach der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1021
Nach § 27 Absatz 1 Nummer 3 Satzteil vor Satz 2, Absatz 1a bis 4 des Chemikaliengesetzes wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig entgegen Artikel 3 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1021 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 20. Juni 2019 über persistente organische Schadstoffe (ABl. L 169 vom 25.6.2019, S. 45; L 179I vom 9.6.2020, S. 4), die zuletzt durch die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2024/2570 (ABl. L, 2024/2570, 27.9.2024) geändert worden ist, einen dort genannten Stoff als solchen, in einem Gemisch oder in einem Erzeugnis herstellt, in Verkehr bringt oder verwendet.
