1) Dem Kommando sind jene Aufgaben zugeordnet, welche von gesamtpolizeilicher Bedeutung sind und nicht in die alleinige Zuständigkeit einer Abteilung fallen, sofern solche Aufgaben nicht an bestimmte Stellen delegiert sind.
