Art. 58 Anstellung
1) Nach Abschluss des Auswahlverfahrens stellt das Amt für Personal und Organisation im Einvernehmen mit dem Polizeichef die ausgewählten Polizeiaspiranten befristet bis zum Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung an. 2) Kann kein Einvernehmen hergestellt werden, so entscheidet die Regierung über die Anstellung nach Art. 11 Abs. 2 der Staatspersonalverordnung.
