Art. 62 Grundsatz
1) Der Polizeibeamte ist zur beruflichen Weiterbildung verpflichtet. 2) Die vom Polizeichef angeordnete führungs- und fachtechnische Weiterbildung und Wiederholungsschulung erfolgt auf Kosten des Landes. 3) Der Polizeichef bestimmt, ob und in welchem Ausmass Fakultativ- oder Pflichtkurse als Dienstzeit angerechnet werden.
