Wohnzonen 1 Die Wohnzonen (W1-W5) sind hauptsächlich für Wohnbauten bestimmt. Für die im Zonenplan bezeichneten lärmvorbelasteten Gebiete findet die Vorschrift zur minimalen Wohnnutzung keine Anwendung. 2 In den Wohnzonen sind keine störenden Betriebe zugelassen, die das ruhige und gesunde Wohnen der Nachbarschaft beeinträchtigen oder die bauliche Entwicklung solcher Gebiete ungünstig beeinflussen. 1.7.2020 13 3 Bei Neubauten und wesentlichen Umbauten ist eine minimale zusammenhängende Grünfläche in Prozent der Grundstücksfläche gemäss Zonenschema anzulegen und mit Bäumen und Sträuchern zu durchsetzen.
