Title 9 Administration of the Government

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

9-1-401. Seals of office; access to records; power to administer oaths; accounting records.

(a) The treasurer and auditor shall each: (i) Keep a seal of office, which shall be used to authenticate all writings, papers and documents certified by either officer; (ii) Have free access to each other's offices and to all other offices of the state to inspect books, accounts and papers pertaining to their duties; (iii) Have power to administer oaths and affirmations required by law in matters touching their duties; (iv) Balance their accounting records to verify that cash and investments, adjusted for outstanding warrants, reflect the amount due to each fund and account in the Wyoming uniform accounting system.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
