Title 9 Administration of the Government

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

What to do with it
As published

9-1-905. Weather modification; legislative declarations.

(a) It is hereby declared that: (i) The state of Wyoming claims its sovereign right to the use for its residents and best interests of the moisture contained in the clouds and atmosphere within its sovereign state boundaries; (ii) Although little is known regarding artificial weather modification, research and experimentation shall be encouraged; (iii) Although the ultimate use of modification methods is speculative, the application of such methods should have proper safeguards and provide sufficient data to protect life, property and public interest.

Your change, as a redline

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
