§ 41⁷. Nõusoleku andmisest keeldumine
Käesoleva seaduse § 41⁶ lõikes 1 nimetatud nõusoleku andmisest keeldumine on isiku teenistusse või töölevõtmisest keeldumise, teenistusest vabastamise ja töölepingu ülesütlemise aluseks.

Käesoleva seaduse § 41⁶ lõikes 1 nimetatud nõusoleku andmisest keeldumine on isiku teenistusse või töölevõtmisest keeldumise, teenistusest vabastamise ja töölepingu ülesütlemise aluseks.
