Das Bundeskartellamt, die Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung und das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle können abweichend von § 110a Absatz 1 Satz 1 und 2 des Gesetzes über Ordnungswidrigkeiten in der ab 1. Januar 2026 geltenden Fassung in Bußgeldverfahren Akten bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 2026 in Papierform anlegen sowie von anderer Stelle bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 2026 übermittelte elektronische Akten in Papierform führen oder weiterführen.
