Art. 35 Rückgriff
Auf Personen, die den Einsatz der Feuerwehr durch eine vorsätzliche oder grob fahrlässige rechtswidrige Handlung oder Unterlassung nötig gemacht oder veranlasst haben, kann für alle Auslagen aus dem Einsatz Rückgriff genommen werden.
