Art. 35b Verfahren
1) Das Amt für Hochbau und Raumplanung entscheidet nach Anhörung des Feuerwehrkommandanten der Standortgemeinde im Rahmen des Baubewilligungsverfahrens, ob für eine Baute oder Anlage im Einzelfall ein Feuerwehreinsatzplan zu erstellen ist. 2) Der Eigentümer der Baute oder Anlage hat den Feuerwehreinsatzplan der Feuerwehrkommission der Standortgemeinde zur Genehmigung vorzulegen.
