Einsprache – Form und Inhalt 1 Die Einsprache muss schriftlich erhoben und kurz begründet werden sowie die Anträge der Einsprecherin oder des Einsprechers enthalten. 2 Die Einsprachebehörde kann eine zusätzliche Frist zur Ergänzung der Begründung gewähren. 3 Fehlen Anträge oder eine Begründung, so wird auf die Einsprache nicht eingetreten.
