Steuer und Zusatzabgabe – Veranlagung 1 Das Recht auf Veranlagung verjährt 5 Jahre, nachdem der Erbgang oder die Zuwendung eröffnet wurde. 2 Dieses Recht ist 10 Jahre nach diesem Zeitpunkt verwirkt. Vorbehalten bleibt eine längere Frist für die Strafverfolgung.
