Aufhebung bisherigen Rechts 1 Folgende Erlasse werden aufgehoben: a) das Gesetz vom 4. Mai 1934 betreffend die Einregistrierungsgebühren (SGF 635.2.1); b) der Tarif vom 4. Mai 1934 der Einregistrierungsgebühren (SGF 635.2.10); c) die Weisung vom 24. Juni 2003 über die Anwendung von Artikel 16 Bst. b des Tarifs der Einregistrierungsgebühren (SGF 635.2.106).
