Strafbestimmungen 1. Verstösse gegen Hundehaltungsvorschriften 1 Wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig den Bestimmungen der Artikel 5 Absätze 1 und 2, 7 Absätze 1 und 5, 9 Absatz 1, 10 oder 11 Absätze 1 und 3 oder den in Ausführung dieser oder anderer Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Vorschriften über die Hundehaltung zuwiderhandelt, wird mit Busse bestraft.
