§ 20. Kooselulepingu lõppemise aeg
1) Kooselulepingu lõppemise aeg on: 1) registreeritud elukaaslase surma korral tema surma hetk; 2) registreeritud elukaaslaste omavahel abielu sõlmimise korral abielu sõlmimise hetk; 3) kohtus kooselulepingu lõpetamise korral päev, millal kohtuotsus jõustub; 4) notari juures kooselulepingu lõpetamise korral kooselulepingu lõpetamise hetk.
