Nach § 139b Absatz 13 Satz 1 der Abgabenordnung in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 1. Oktober 2002 (BGBl. I S. 3866; 2003 I S. 61), die zuletzt durch Artikel 3 des Gesetzes vom 23. Oktober 2024 (BGBl. 2024 I Nr. 323) geändert worden ist, wird hiermit bekannt gemacht, dass eine Datenübermittlung an das Bundeszentralamt für Steuern nach § 139b Absatz 10 Satz 1 Nummer 1 der Abgabenordung erstmals ab dem 2. Dezember 2024 zulässig ist. Eine Übermittlung der Daten ist für volljährige natürliche Personen ab 2. Dezember 2024 über das ELSTER-Online-Portal des Bayerischen Landesamtes für Steuern und das Online-Portal des Bundeszentralamts für Steuern zulässig. Die zugehörigen Adressen lauten: www.elster.de und https://online.portal.bzst.de.
