1 Die Einwohnergemeinde Thun lehnt jegliche Haftung bei Schäden an Wagen und Einrichtungen ab. 2 Verstösse gegen Bestimmungen der Bewilligung oder Platzordnung haben den Widerruf der erteilten Bewilligung zur Folge.
