Verhalten bei Unfällen 1 Bei einem Verkehrsunfall, in den ein Privatfahrzeug anlässlich einer Dienstfahrt involviert ist, ist vor Ort das europäische Unfallprotokoll auszufüllen und von den Beteiligten zu unterzeichnen oder die Polizei beizuziehen. Bei Personenschaden ist die Polizei zwingend anzufordern. 2 Wird die Polizei beigezogen, obliegen die Beweissicherung und die Dokumentation von Unfallstelle und -hergang der Polizei.
