Meldepflicht bei Unfällen 1 Sämtliche Unfälle sind unabhängig vom Unfallhergang und Verschulden ohne Verzug der Finanz- und Liegenschaftenverwaltung zu melden. 2 Der Finanz- und Liegenschaftenverwaltung ist das Unfallprotokoll zu übergeben bzw. sie ist auf die polizeiliche Tatbestandsaufnahme hinzuweisen. 3 Die Schadenmeldung bei der Motorfahrzeugversicherung des betroffenen Privatfahrzeuges ist Sache der Mitarbeitenden.
