Art. 28 Analoge Verbreitung von Radio- und Fernsehprogrammen
Bei der analogen Verbreitung von folgenden Programmen beträgt die Gebühr für die Verwaltung und technische Kontrolle des Frequenzspektrums pro Programm und 1000 Personen im Versorgungsgebiet jährlich: a. Radioprogramme über Ultrakurzwelle (UKW) und Mittelwelle: 40 Franken; b. Fernsehprogramme: 10 Franken.
