Art. 38 Befreiung von Verwaltungsgebühren
Organisationen nach Artikel 40 Absatz 1bis FMG sind für die Erteilung, Änderung und Aufhebung von Funkkonzessionen und die Aufsicht darüber sowie für die Verwaltung und technische Kontrolle des Frequenzspektrums und der Orbitalpositionen von Satelliten von Verwaltungsgebühren befreit.
