8 Sperrzeiten Die Nutzungsrechtekommission und die Betreiberin des KKL Luzern vereinbaren bei Bedarf jeweils drei Jahre im Voraus Sperrzeiten für die Vergabe von Nutzungsrechten. Dabei ist auf eine gleichmässige Verteilung der Wochentage und die saisonalen Bedürfnisse der Betreiberin zu achten und den bekannten Bedürfnissen der Nutzungsberechtigten Rechnung zu tragen.
