§ 1 Versorgung mit Zahnersatz
Versicherte, die nach dem 31. Dezember 1978 geboren sind und deren zahnärztliche Behandlung zur Versorgung mit Zahnersatz vor dem 1. Januar 1997 begonnen hat, haben Anspruch auf Übernahme der Kosten für Zahnersatz nach dem am 31. Dezember 1996 geltenden Recht, wenn die Krankenkasse vor dem 28. Juni 1996 über den Anspruch entschieden hat.
