§ 75. Litsentsi kehtivus tööstusdisainilahenduse omaniku õiguste ülemineku korral
(1) Kehtetu (2) Kehtetu (3) Tööstusdisainilahenduse omaniku õiguste üleminekul teisele isikule käesoleva seaduse §-s 73 sätestatud juhtudel lähevad üle ka litsentsist tulenevad õigused ja kohustused.
