§ 92. Ülemineku säte
Registreerimistaotluse esitamisel 12 kuu jooksul pärast käesoleva seaduse jõustumist tunnustatakse tööstusdisainilahenduse registreerimisel igat prioriteeti tööstusomandi kaitse Pariisi konventsiooniga ühinenud riigis esitatud esmase registreerimistaotluse põhjal, mis on esitatud 1991. aasta 20. veebruaril ja hiljem.
