§ 16. Vaidemenetlus
Kui isik ei nõustu Sotsiaalkindlustusameti poolt käesoleva seaduse alusel tehtud haldusotsuse või sooritatud toiminguga, on tal õigus esitada vaie Sotsiaalkindlustusametile. Sotsiaalkindlustusamet lahendab vaide 30 päeva jooksul vaide esitamisest arvates.
