Art. 25 Hecken- und Feldgehölze HFG
1. Die in den Zonenplänen bezeichneten Hecken und Feldgehölze sind ökologisch wertvolle Landschaftselemente. Sie sind zu erhalten, zu pflegen und als Leitstrukturen in der Landschaft weiterzuentwickeln. 2. Falls übergeordnete Interessen lokal eine Beseitigung von Hecken erfordern, sind neue Hecken im Sinne von Ersatzmassnahmen anzupflanzen. Die Kosten trägt der Verursacher.
