Der Netzkostenbeitrag berechnet sich aufgrund der Differenz zwischen dem bisherigen und dem neuen maximal möglichen Leistungsbezug aus dem Netz bei: a. Verstärkung mit oder ohne physische Massnahmen; b. Wiederinbetriebnahme eines rückgebauten Netzanschlusses ab dem gleichen Netzanschlusspunkt innerhalb von fünf Jahren.
