Art. 17
Der Netzanschlussbeitrag und der Netzkostenbeitrag sowie die für eine überdimensionierte Leistung zu zahlende Zusatzgebühr gemäss Art. 15 Abs. 1 werden nach Bauvollendung erhoben. Die Zahlungen werden mit der Rechnungstellung fällig und sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen zu entrichten.
