Auf Netzanschlussgesuche gemäss Ziff. 2.1.2 Energieabgabereglement, die vor Inkraftsetzung der Netzanschlussverordnung gestellt werden, ist der Tarif N, Netzanschluss für das Elektrizitätswerk, anwendbar. Ausschlaggebend ist der Zeitpunkt der Einreichung des Gesuchs.
