Der Netzkostenbeitrag berechnet sich aufgrund des maximal möglichen Leistungsbezugs aus dem Netz bei: a. Neuanschluss einer Anlage an das Verteilnetz; b. Wiederinbetriebnahme eines rückgebauten Netzanschlusses ab dem gleichen Netzanschlusspunkt nach mehr als fünf Jahren; c. Bauanschlüssen und anderen temporären Netzanschlüssen ab einer Einsatzdauer von fünf Jahren.
