§ 2. Toetuse rakendamine
Toetuse taotlusi menetleb, taotluste rahuldamise, rahuldamata jätmise ning muutmise otsuseid ja toetuse makseid teeb, toetuse kasutamist kontrollib ning toetuse tagasinõudmise otsuseid teeb Ettevõtluse ja Innovatsiooni Sihtasutus (edaspidi EIS).
