Kantonsrat St.Gallen 1 Der Kantonsrat St.Gallen hat die Oberaufsicht über die Hochschule. 2 Er: a) beschliesst den Trägerbeitrag des Kantons St.Gallen; b) nimmt Kenntnis vom Leistungsauftrag; c) nimmt Kenntnis vom Bericht über die Erfüllung des Leistungsauftrags und die Verwendung des Trägerbeitrags des Kantons St.Gallen; d) nimmt im Rahmen des Geschäftsberichts der Regierung Kenntnis von der Geschäftsführung der Hochschule.
