Standortbeiräte a) Zusammensetzung 1 Der Hochschulrat wählt für die Standorte in Buchs, Rapperswil und St.Gallen je einen Standortbeirat von fünf bis sieben Mitgliedern, davon wenigstens ein Mitglied des Hochschulrates. 2 Der Standortbeirat konstituiert sich selbst. 3 Die Rektorin oder der Rektor und ein weiteres Mitglied der Hochschulleitung sind Beisitzerinnen oder Beisitzer ohne Stimmrecht.
