Zuständigkeit 1. Regierung 1 Die Regierung ist zuständig für: a) die Erteilung oder Verweigerung des Kantonsbürgerrechts, wenn die kantonalen Wohnsitzfristen nicht erfüllt sind (Art. 16 Abs. 2 KBüG2)); b) die Erteilung eines kantonalen Ehrenbürgerrechts (Art. 18 KBüG).
