Gesuchsbehandlung 1. Ausländerinnen und Ausländer a) Eintreten 1 Das Amt tritt auf das Gesuch ein, wenn: a) die Wohnsitzfristen mit Wohnsitzbescheinigungen nachgewiesen werden; b) der strafrechtliche Leumund den Erfordernissen entspricht; und c) die sprachliche Integration zu bejahen ist. 2 Ist die sprachliche Integration zu verneinen, so entscheidet das Amt über ein Abweichen von diesem Integrationskriterium.
