Gegen die Entscheidung des Prüfungsausschusses steht dem Prüfling das Recht des Widerspruchs oder der Beschwerde nach der Wehrbeschwerdeordnung zu. Über den Widerspruch oder die Beschwerde entscheidet die Schulaufsichtsbehörde der Bundeswehrverwaltung; die Schulaufsichtsbehörde des Landes, die die Vorsitzende oder den Vorsitzenden entsandt hat, ist zu beteiligen.
