11 Rückzug eines Gesuches 1 Bei Rückzug eines Gesuches für Neu-, Um-, An- und Aufbauten oder eines Gesuches um Verlängerung der Baubewilligung wird eine Grundgebühr von 20 % bis 100 % gemäss den Ansätzen von Art. 10 und Art. 13 erhoben. 2 In allen andern Fällen wird die Grundgebühr nach Zeitaufwand erhoben.
