(1) Voliniku kantselei (edaspidi kantselei) on volinikku teenindav asutus. (2) Volinik kantselei juhina kinnitab kantselei struktuuri ja koosseisu. (3) Voliniku ajutisel äraolekul asendab volinikku tema määratud ametnik. (4) Kantselei ametnikud abistavad ja nõustavad volinikku tema töös, täites voliniku antud korraldusi.
