Rahmenkredite Für die Restfinanzierung von Leistungen der Krankenpflege gemäss Art. 2 lit. a bzw. für die Kostenbeteiligung bei zusätzlichen ambulant erbrachten Leistungen gemäss Art. 2 lit. b oder bei der Pflege von schwerstpflegebedürftigen Personen gemäss Art. 2 lit. c wird von der kreditrechtlich zuständigen städtischen Instanz jeweils ein Rahmenkredit bewilligt. Die Mittel für die Leistungen gemäss Art. 2 lit. c sind im Rahmenkredit zusammen mit den Leistungen gemäss Art. 2 lit. a zu budgetieren. Die Rahmenkredite sind auf die Dauer der Leistungsvereinbarungen abgestimmt.
